AI Excellence Centre: TCS inaugurated its first AI Excellence Centre in eastern India at Haldia Institute of Technology to strengthen AI research, innovation, and talent development. Interim dividend: The company declared an interim dividend of ₹12 per share following its quarterly results. Positive outlook: Management remains optimistic about demand for AI, cloud modernization, and digital transformation despite a cautious global IT spending environment. The strong deal pipeline is expected to support medium-term growth.
