Allcargo Logistics Demerges Global Business, Reports Record Q2 Performance
Allcargo Logistics Limited has completed its scheme of arrangement effective November 15, 2025, demerging its international supply chain business into Allcargo Global Limited, while retaining its domestic express and consultative logistics operations. The restructuring aims to sharpen focus, enhance operational synergies, and unlock long-term shareholder value.
In Q2 FY26, the company achieved a record quarterly revenue of ₹537 crore and consolidated EBITDA of ₹62 crore in its express business, driven by strong volume growth and operational efficiency.
The company also released a QIP fund utilization report (prepared by ICRA), confirming transparent deployment of capital raised during its merger with Allcargo Gati Ltd. Of the ₹161.12 crore raised, ₹100.5 crore has been utilized, including full allocation of ₹100 crore for debt prepayment. The remaining ₹60.62 crore is earmarked for upgrading operating units, proprietary tech development, and general corporate purposes.
ICRA confirmed no deviation from stated objectives, underscoring strong governance.
With a leaner structure, robust domestic performance, and strategic fund deployment underway, Allcargo Logistics is well-positioned to drive growth in India’s integrated logistics sector. Investors will watch how the separated entities create value in their respective domains.
