📉Syrma SGS Bearish Signs – Is It a Trap Above Previous Highs?

SYRMA
🚩 1. Breakout Exhaustion The stock has rallied sharply into prior resistance (₹710–₹730 zone). This area aligns with a previous swing high and the upper red trendline, increasing the risk of supply pressure. 🚩 2. Volume Surge with RSI > 80 RSI near 83 signals overbought territory, typically a zone where smart money books profits. High volume near resistance without follow-through = possible blow-off top. 🚩 3. Extended Move without Retest The price has moved too far, too fast—no retest yet of the breakout zone (₹647–₹706). Sharp V-shaped moves often struggle to hold if follow-up demand dries up. ⚠️ Short-Term View “Risk-reward favours trimming long exposure or trailing stops tighter.” Potential dip toward ₹706–₹648 zone can’t be ruled out. Bearish divergence on RSI in the next few candles would confirm distribution. 📢 Disclaimer: This is for informational purposes only. Nothing herein constitutes a buy or sell recommendation.
