KARNATAKA TO IMPLEMENT ALCOHOL-IN-BEVERAGE TAX EXPERIMENT

Karnataka becomes India's first state to adopt an Alcohol-in-Beverage excise duty structure. This new policy will be effective May 11 and will deregulate government-administered price fixation.
