NBCC BECOMES HIGHEST BIDDER FOR COMMERCIAL TOWER AT BHARAT BUSINESS PARK

NBCC
has emerged as the highest bidder in an e-auction for a commercial tower of about 2.79 lakh sq ft at Bharat Business Park in New Delhi, for self-use, leasing and investment. The total estimated investment for the proposed acquisition is about Rs 1,374.45 crore, payable in stages based on construction progress and subject to terms and conditions of the auction. The Government of India company operates in three major segments, project management consultancy, real estate, and engineering procurement & construction. The company reported a revenue from operations of Rs 3,022 crore in Q3FY26, higher by 7% compared to the same period last year. It also reported a net profit of Rs 197 crore in Q3FY26, higher by 38% compared to the same period last year. With this new project on hand, the company's renevue and profits are expected to grow in the coming years.
