PVC PIPE INDUSTRY SEES A STRONG UPSWING DUE TO STRONG DEMAND

Indian plastic pipe industry has evolved a long way by achieving a 10% Compunded Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) over the last decade to reach a size of Rs 54,100 crore in FY24, and it expected to grow at a 14% CAGR to Rs 80,500 crore by FY27. This rapid increase is driven by strong demand from housing, irrigation, water supply and sanitation sector. Further, many projects are replacing steel pipes with plastic pipes going forth.
