WAAREE RENEWABLE TECHNOLOGIES SECURES EPC ORDERS FOR 1,082 MWp SOLAR PV PROJECTS

$WAAREERTL , a subsidiary of $WAAREEENER , has secured two Letters of Award for the engineering, procurement and construction of ground-mounted solar photovoltaic (PV) plants with a combined capacity of 1,082 MWp. The projects comprise one 530 MWp solar PV plant and another 552 MWp solar PV plant, taking the total awarded capacity to 1,082 MWp. Having a market cap of Rs 9,727 crore, the company has delivered good profit growth of 190% CAGR over last 5 years. Moreover, FIIs have shown confidence in the company as they have increased their stake from 1.31% in Jun25 to 1.98% in Jun26.
