HCLTech has been selected by M Group, an essential infrastructure services provider in the UK and Ireland, to modernize and transform its IT operations across more than 200 locations. Under the partnership, HCLTech will deploy its AI Force service transformation platform across infrastructure and end-user operations. The programme is designed to streamline M Group’s IT environment, strengthen operational resilience and create a scalable digital foundation. M Group operates across sectors including water, energy, technology, communications, transport, defence, industrial and public services. The engagement also represents a large-scale deployment of HCLTech’s AI capabilities across a multi-sector infrastructure business. HCLTech said its experience in complex, multi-site environments will support the modernization programme. The development highlights the company’s growing focus on applying AI-led managed services to enterprise IT operations rather than limiting AI deployments to software-development use cases.
