Eicher Motors Q1 FY26: Stable Ride with Moderate Growth!
Eicher Motors has posted a steady performance for the June 2025 quarter, showing moderate improvement across all key metrics. Sales grew 15% YoY to ₹5,042 crore, compared to ₹4,393 crore in the same quarter last year. Though slightly down from ₹5,241 crore in March 2025, the annual growth indicates continued demand for its vehicles. EBIDT rose just 3% YoY to ₹1,203 crore, reflecting a marginal improvement from ₹1,165 crore last year. Operating margins seem to be holding steady but not expanding significantly. Net profit increased 9% YoY to ₹1,205 crore, up from ₹1,101 crore in June 2024. However, it's slightly lower than ₹1,362 crore posted in the previous quarter. EPS (Earnings Per Share) also rose 9% YoY to ₹43.95, compared to ₹40.20 a year ago. Despite a sequential dip from ₹49.68 in March, the earnings trend remains positive. With a market cap of ₹1.5 lakh crore and a PE of 31, the stock remains reasonably valued for its premium motorcycle brand strength and consistent performance.
