Ircon International in Focus After Major Project Wins.
Ircon International is making headlines today (July 21) after bagging multiple large infrastructure contracts across India, boosting its project pipeline significantly. Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd (RVNL) Project Ircon, in a joint venture with JPWIPL (Ircon: 70%, JPWIPL: 30%), has won a railway project worth ₹755.78 crore. 👉 Ircon’s share in this project alone is ₹529.04 crore. Mumbai Metro Line 5 – MMRDA Project Ircon has also been awarded a contract by MMRDA for the Mumbai Metro Line 5. Scope includes: • 220 kV receiving substation • Cabling (220 kV, 33 kV & 25 kV) • Overhead Catenary System • Auxiliary power & substations • SCADA, lifts, escalators & more 🧾 Total value: ₹471.29 crore + €2,837,178 Mumbai Metro Line 6 – MMRDA Project Another project from MMRDA covers work on Metro Line 6 (Swami Samarth Nagar to Vikhroli). 🧾 Contract value: ₹642.44 crore + €2,788,168.31 These wins add to Ircon’s strong portfolio in railway and metro infrastructure, with a combined value of over ₹1,642 crore (excluding euro component). The projects also include multi-year maintenance periods, ensuring steady revenue flow ahead. With these back-to-back order wins, Ircon International shares are expected to remain in active trade as investors react positively to the expanding order book and long-term visibility.
