Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd US antitrust settlement

Sun Pharma disclosed that its US subsidiaries—Sun Pharma Inc. and Taro Pharmaceuticals—have reached a settlement with a plaintiff in the long‑running US generic‑drug pricing antitrust litigation. The settlement provides a full release of all claims against the subsidiaries and related parties, is without admission of wrongdoing, and the amount is confidential. The case dates back to 2016 and alleged anticompetitive conduct by several generic drugmakers.
