Godrej Properties Emerges as Highest Bidder for Strategic Kukatpally Land Deal
Hyderabad/Mumbai, August 21, 2025 – Godrej Properties Limited (GPL), one of India’s leading real estate developers, has emerged as the highest bidder in an e-auction conducted by the Telangana Housing Board (TGHB) for a 7.825-acre residential land parcel in Kukatpally, Hyderabad.
The company placed a winning bid of ₹547.75 crore, as confirmed by MSTC Limited, the e-auction facilitator. TGHB will issue the official allotment letter after completing the required process.
Once developed, the project is expected to generate a revenue potential of nearly ₹3,800 crore, featuring premium residential apartments across multiple configurations.
Expansion in Hyderabad
This deal strengthens Godrej Properties’ footprint in Hyderabad, following its recent projects such as Godrej Madison Avenue at Kokapet and Godrej Regal Pavilion at Rajendranagar. Kukatpally, one of the city’s most resilient residential corridors, offers strong connectivity to HITEC City, Hyderabad’s major IT and business hub, making it a sought-after location for homebuyers.
