**Travel Food Services IPO Opens July 7: Price Band Set Between ₹1,045–₹1,100**

Travel Food Services Ltd is launching its ₹2,000 crore initial public offering (IPO) on Monday, July 7. The issue will remain open for subscription until Wednesday, July 9. The company has set the price band between ₹1,045 and ₹1,100 per share, with a minimum lot size of 13 shares per application. This IPO is purely an offer for sale (OFS) by the promoter, Kapur Family Trust, meaning no new funds will be raised for business expansion. Instead, the proceeds will go to the selling shareholders. The company has already garnered anchor investor interest, allotting ₹599 crore worth of shares at the upper end of the price band. Travel Food Services is a leading player in India’s travel-focused food and beverage segment, operating over 400 outlets across major airports and railway stations. The company also manages premium lounges in India and abroad. For FY25, it reported revenue of ₹1,687.7 crore and a profit of ₹379.7 crore. With a strong brand portfolio and strategic locations, the company is well-positioned in the growing travel and hospitality segment. However, investors should consider the OFS structure and sector-specific risks before applying. Disclaimer : Only for information not an investment advice.
