A trendline acts as support when it connects a series of higher lows during an uptrend. When the price falls toward this rising trendline, buyers often enter and prevent the price from declining further. Repeated bounces from the trendline make it an important dynamic support zone. As long as price continues to respect the trendline and forms higher lows, the bullish structure remains intact. A strong breakdown below the trendline, especially with higher volume, can indicate weakening momentum or a potential trend reversal.
