INOX GREEN: NCLT APPROVES RESOLUTION PLAN FOR WIND WORLD (INDIA) 🌬️⚖️ • ✅ NCLT Ahmedabad has orally approved the resolution plan submitted by the consortium comprising Inox Neo Energies and Authum Investment & Infrastructure for Wind World (India) Ltd. (WWIL). • 🏭 Under the approved plan, INOXGFL Group companies will acquire WWIL's Independent Power Producer (IPP) and power sale business. • 🔧 The group will also acquire WWIL's Operations & Maintenance (O&M) business, as permitted under the resolution plan. • 🏢 Authum and/or its affiliates will acquire certain identified real estate assets and other assets of WWIL. • 📄 Detailed disclosures will be made after the company receives the certified written NCLT order. 🟢 Impact: Positive (The NCLT approval marks a major step towards completing the acquisition, expanding Inox Green's renewable energy and O&M business.)
