Mankind Pharma sells 100% stake in Broadway Hospitality

Mankind Pharma has sold its 100% stake held in Broadway Hospitality Services (Broadway) to AKRK Projects LLP and its Partners. Post this transaction, Broadway has ceased to be a wholly owned subsidiary of the company with effect from August 31, 2026. Earlier, the Board of Directors of the company, at its meeting held on July 11, 2026, had approved the divestment of 100% stake held in Broadway for a consideration of Rs 49.00 crore. Mankind Pharma is engaged in developing, manufacturing and marketing a diverse range of pharmaceutical formulations across various acute and chronic therapeutic areas, as well as several consumer healthcare products. Mankind is present in several acute and chronic therapeutic areas in India, including anti-infectives, cardiovascular, gastrointestinal, anti-diabetic, neuro/CNS, vitamins/minerals/nutrients, and respiratory.
