Adani Green Plans $1.4 Billion Share Sale to Fund Renewable Expansion

Adani Green Energy Ltd (AGEL) aims to raise $1.4 billion from global investors in Q1 FY26 as part of a $2 billion fundraising plan for solar and wind projects. The remaining funds will come from local bank loans, with a total $4-5 billion mobilization target for FY26. The company is focusing on expanding its renewable capacity, including Gujarat’s Khavda project.
