Axis Bank Gains on ₹1,500 Cr Infusion in Axis Finance

Axis Bank shares rose nearly 2.35% (at the time of posting this post) after announcing a ₹1,500 crore investment in its NBFC arm, Axis Finance, to be infused by March 2027. The move follows RBI’s relaxed rules on subsidiary operations. Axis Finance will submit a revised growth plan, supporting future expansion and capital requirements.
