Ireda Files Bankruptcy Pleas Against Gensol Entities Over ₹728 Crore Default

State-run Ireda has filed insolvency applications against Gensol Engineering and its EV leasing arm for defaults totaling ₹728 crore. The move follows allegations of loan defaults and document falsification. Gensol, linked to ride-hailing firm BluSmart, is also under scrutiny from Power Finance Corp and regulators.
