Nykaa Shares Dip as Banga Family Offloads Stake

Nykaa’s parent FSN E-Commerce saw a 4% share dip on July 3 after a large block deal involving 6 crore shares (2.3% equity). The Banga family, early investors, sold nearly 2% of their 5% stake. They had invested in 2014 and continue to hold 2–2.5% in the company.
