Arvind Limited is emerging as a strong turnaround and growth story in the Indian textile space.

ARVIND
The company has delivered consistent operational improvement across FY26, supported by robust volume growth, margin expansion, and aggressive capacity scaling. Recent quarterly numbers indicate that the business momentum is accelerating despite global trade uncertainties. In Q4FY26, Arvind reported its highest-ever quarterly revenue of more than ₹2,550 crore with strong profitability growth. Net profit surged sequentially while EBITDA margins continued improving due to operating leverage and cost optimization initiatives. The core textile business is witnessing strong demand recovery. Denim volumes have shown double-digit growth while woven fabric utilization is running near peak capacity. Garmenting volumes also crossed record levels, reflecting stronger order inflow from global brands and increasing vertical integration benefits. One of the biggest bullish triggers is the rapid expansion of the Advanced Materials Division (AMD). This segment is delivering faster growth and superior margins compared to the traditional textile business. AMD achieved record quarterly revenue and EBITDA in FY26, indicating that Arvind is gradually transforming into a higher-margin specialty textile and technical materials player. Management has also maintained disciplined financial control. Despite ongoing growth capex of more than ₹300 crore, net debt has remained largely stable, while ROCE has steadily improved toward the 16% zone. This indicates that expansion is being funded efficiently without balance sheet stress. Another key positive is the sector tailwind. Government support through textile infrastructure initiatives, mega parks, and production-linked schemes is expected to benefit organized players like Arvind. Additionally, shifting global supply chains away from China may create long-term export opportunities for Indian textile manufacturers.
