Belrise Industries is quickly making its mark as a top-tier automotive component supplier in India.

BELRISE
With a turnover of ₹7,484+ crore, the company manufactures a wide range of critical components: metal chassis systems, polymer parts, suspension systems, mirrors, casting parts, and more — serving two-wheelers, three-wheelers, passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles and even e-mobility. Their scale is impressive: Belrise operates 17 manufacturing plants across 10 cities in 9 states, enabling strong leverage and geographic reach. As of FY25, it holds ~24% market share in the two-wheeler metal components space, putting it among the top three players in that segment. Strategically, Belrise is positioning itself for the EV transition: its products are agnostic to powertrain (ICE or EV), giving it exposure to both legacy and future mobility. They also recently acquired H-One India, which strengthens their product offerings and technical capabilities, especially in higher-value 4-wheeler components. According to broker reports, they plan to raise content-per-vehicle (CPV) significantly in 2W (steering columns, filters, brakes) and expect their 4W business share to grow meaningfully. Financially, Belrise is growing strongly: FY25 revenue was ~₹8,290 crore (11% YoY), and manufacturing operations remain the backbone of its business. Its IPO raised ₹2,150 crore, largely to pay down debt — which could materially reduce interest burden and strengthen its balance sheet for future capex. The market has responded: Belrise listed at ~₹100 on NSE (11% premium over IPO) and has seen strong investor confidence. Jefferies and other analysts have expressed optimism, citing its OEM relationships, product diversification, and EV-ready positioning as key long-term levers. Belrise is not just another auto-ancillary firm — it’s a scale-driven, technology-enabled, future-ready component business.
