L&T is one of India's highest-quality engineering and infrastructure companies, and I remain bullish on its long-term growth story.

$LT The company is well-positioned to benefit from India's massive capex cycle, increasing government infrastructure spending, private sector investments, and global opportunities in engineering and manufacturing. L&T has consistently maintained a strong order book, providing excellent revenue visibility for the coming years. Its diversified presence across infrastructure, energy, hydrocarbons, transportation, defence, data centers, semiconductors, green hydrogen, and heavy engineering reduces dependence on any single business segment. One of the biggest positives is India's focus on becoming a developed economy by 2047. Roads, metros, railways, airports, power transmission, renewable energy, water projects, and urban infrastructure require experienced execution partners. L&T has decades of execution capability and a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects. The company is also expanding internationally, especially in the Middle East, where significant investments in energy transition, infrastructure, and smart cities continue to create opportunities. Apart from engineering, L&T owns valuable businesses in IT services through LTIMindtree and technology services through L&T Technology Services. These subsidiaries provide additional earnings diversification and exposure to digital transformation trends. Management has demonstrated disciplined capital allocation, improving return ratios, reducing non-core exposure, and maintaining a healthy balance sheet. Strong operating cash flows support future investments while keeping leverage under control. As India's manufacturing ecosystem grows under initiatives such as Make in India, defence indigenization, renewable energy expansion, and industrial automation, L&T is likely to remain a key beneficiary.
