Its two core business verticals — Optics & Optronic Systems and Defence Engineering — cover a wide range of high-value applications. In the first nine months of FY26, both segments recorded year-on-year revenue growth, with Optics & Optronic Systems generating ₹139.3 crore and Defence Engineering ₹151.6 crore. The company is also expanding beyond its traditional base through technologies involving drones, anti-drone systems, RF & microwave, EO/IR systems and quantum communication. And the order pipeline is getting strategic attention: in April 2026, Paras disclosed a ₹7.72 crore DRDO order for development of Ku/C-Band satellite communication phased-array antennas for airborne applications. Defence is the mission. Technology is the ammunition. And indigenisation is the ambition. Paras may not build every weapon India uses — but it aims to build the eyes, electronics and precision systems that help those weapons work.
