Sobha Records All-Time High Q3 Sales, Bengaluru Powers Growth

Sobha Ltd delivered its best-ever quarterly sales performance in Q3FY26, clocking ₹2,115 crore in bookings, marking a strong 52% year-on-year growth. Bengaluru remained the growth engine, contributing ₹1,512 crore to total sales. The company also marked its entry into Mumbai with its first project and expanded its footprint to 13 cities. Cumulative sales for the first nine months stood at ₹6,097 crore.
