Advance India Projects Ltd challenged the validity of the development licence granted to Oberoi Realty for the Gurugram project claiming rights over the same land and seeking cancellation of the sale deed executed in Oberoi's favour. The HC has put fresh allotments on hold until DTCP resolves the complaint.
Fresh allotment restraint means Oberoi cannot sell new apartments in this project until the legal matter is resolved. Every day of restraint is potential revenue delayed.
