Zerodha's mutual fund investment app Coin gets a revamp as it nears Rs 2 lakh crore in AUM

The revamp will bring detailed mutual fund analysis, scheme comparisons, performance data and portfolio tracking to the app, as Zerodha looks to turn Coin into a more comprehensive platform for long-term and passive wealth, Neelesh Verma, who heads the mutual funds at the company, told Moneycontrol.
According to the company, Coin’s AUM has crossed Rs 1.9 lakh crore as of this month and has grown by 40 times in the last six years.
It is likely to cross the Rs 2 lakh crore AUM by the end of this year, based on past performance.
“We are working on more detailed pages than what is currently out there in the industry for mutual fund performance analysis and comparing mutual fund schemes,” Verma said, adding that these will be available within the next few months.
