Bharat Dynamics wins ₹811 crore defence order

) has received an ₹810.79 crore contract from the Ministry of Defence for 160 Satellite Smart Anti-Airfield Weapons and associated equipment for the Indian Air Force. The contract is under the Buy (Indian - Indigenously Designed, Developed and Manufactured) category, with deliveries scheduled across FY28 and FY29. Your view The order adds ₹810.79 crore to BDL's order visibility and strengthens its position in the indigenous precision-guided weapons segment. The key factor I would watch is execution because deliveries are spread across two financial years. The 60% indigenous content requirement also keeps the focus on domestic defence manufacturing.
