Technical Analysis Tata Technologies (TATATECH)
The $TATATECH shows a long and heavy downtrend. The price fell continuously from the 1120+ levels down to the 520 zone over several months. The trend has successfully reversed. After forming a strong base at the bottom the stock is now in a clear short-to-medium-term uptrend. The immediate support zone is around 680 - 700. If the stock falls below this, the major rock-solid support is at the previous bottom of 520 - 540. The stock recently tested the 780 - 800 zone and saw some selling pressure. This is the immediate hurdle it needs to cross. The stock made a V-shaped or rounding recovery from its lowest point between February and May. Currently the price is taking a small breather and consolidating after a very fast upward move. The chart structure remains positive as long as the price continues to respect its recent higher lows. The short-term view on TATATECH is cautiously optimistic as it steadily recovers from its recent lows. Existing holders should continue holding their positions maintaining a strict stop-loss below the strong 680-700 support zone to protect capital. For fresh short-term buyers the safest strategy is to wait for a decisive daily close above the heavy 780-800 resistance area to confirm a true breakout rather than jumping into the current consolidation.
