Cipla has entered into an exclusive licensing and supply agreement with Sino Biopharmaceutical's subsidiary, Chia Tai Tianqing Pharmaceutical Group (CTTQ), for Rolditamig Deuderuxtecan (TQB2102). The deal brings a potential best-in-class oncology therapy targeting HER2-expressing cancers—such as advanced breast, colorectal, and biliary tract cancers—to major emerging markets. Rolditamig Deuderuxtecan (TQB2102), a next-generation HER2 bispecific antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) with three Breakthrough Therapy Designations in China. Cipla has exclusive rights for India, South Africa, and five other emerging markets. Cipla will spearhead local clinical trials, regulatory approval processes, and commercialization. CTTQ retains all manufacturing and drug supply responsibilities.
