PNC Infratech has incorporated a subsidiary, PNC Infratech (Kazakhstan), in the Republic of Kazakhstan under the country’s applicable laws. The new entity will provide infrastructure services, primarily in the roads and highways sector in Kazakhstan. PNC Infratech is an infrastructure construction, development and management company with expertise in executing major projects, including highways, bridges, flyovers, airport runways, power transmission lines and industrial area development. The move marks PNC’s first step into an overseas market and signals a push to diversify beyond its India-focused order book.
