trading near its 52 week breakout level.

trading near its 52 week breakout level. !PPLPHARMA is trading near its 52 week breakout level. • The 52-week breakout strategy focuses on stocks that cross their highest price of the past one year, often indicating strong bullish momentum and renewed buying interest. • When a stock moves above its 52-week high, it enters a zone with no previous resistance, which can support further upward movement if momentum continues. • Traders usually look for higher trading volumes, strong closing prices, and the stock trading above key moving averages to confirm the breakout. • Proper risk management is essential. A stop loss slightly below the breakout level helps limit downside risk while allowing traders to participate in potential trending moves. Piramal Pharma Acquires 40.67% Stake In Yapan Bio For ₹76 Crore, Making It Subsidiary

PPLPHARMA
has increased its equity stake in Yapan Bio to 74.00% from 33.33% for ₹76 crore, utilizing a call option to elevate Yapan Bio's status from an associate company to a subsidiary. This acquisition integrates Yapan's process development and Phase I/II GMP manufacturing capabilities for vaccines and biologics into Piramal's contract development and manufacturing (CDMO) vertical. By transforming Yapan Bio from a strategic minority investment into a subsidiary, Piramal Pharma can now fully integrate advanced biologics and vaccine development capabilities into its broader CDMO platform, Piramal Pharma Solutions. This allows the company to capture higher margin services in high-growth segments such as gene therapy and complex biologics, which were previously limited under the associate structure. The transition of Yapan Bio into a consolidated subsidiary marks a key execution milestone in Piramal Pharma's long-term strategy to expand its high-value biologics CDMO services, positioning it well to capture global outsourced biopharma demand.
