₹469 Cr ORDER BOOK + 90% CAPACITY UTILISATION

🚨 AIRFLOA RAIL TECHNOLOGY | FY26: +66% REVENUE GROWTH + ₹469 Cr ORDER BOOK + 90% CAPACITY UTILISATION Airfloa Rail Technology Ltd. is emerging as a focused play on India's railway modernization and turnkey train-interior ecosystem. FY26 was a transformational year, with the company moving beyond component manufacturing toward integrated design, tooling, manufacturing, assembly, installation and commissioning. The numbers highlight the acceleration. 📊 FY26 KEY NUMBERS 🔹 Revenue: ₹319.60 Cr | +66.12% YoY 🔹 PAT: ₹39.15 Cr | +51.85% YoY 🔹 Order Book: ₹469 Cr 🔹 Capacity Utilisation: 90% across 5 units 🔹 Active Bidding Pipeline: ~₹1,200 Cr The order book is heavily linked to Indian Railways, with approximately 96% railway and 4% non-railway exposure. 🚆 THE BIG STORY: RAILWAY MODERNISATION Airfloa is positioned across major railway programmes including: 🚄 Vande Bharat 🚆 Amrit Bharat 🚇 Metro & RRTS 🪟 Vistadome 🏭 LHB coach modernisation India's continuing railway capex, replacement of legacy coaches, electrification, DFCs and urban transit expansion provide the broader demand backdrop. The company is also targeting a larger wallet share per coach by moving toward complete interior furnishing and composite structures rather than supplying only individual components. 📈 ORDER VISIBILITY The company ended FY26 with a ₹469 Cr firm order book, while the active bidding pipeline stands at around ₹1,200 Cr. Historical win rates are estimated at 20–25%. This creates potential growth visibility, although actual conversion will depend on tender outcomes, execution capability and working-capital availability. 🏭 CAPACITY IS THE NEXT BOTTLENECK At 90% utilisation, the company is already operating

Skyways Air Services reports strong Q1 growth

SKYWAYS
Skyways Air Services Limited reported consolidated Q1 FY27 revenue of ₹1,216.6 crore, up 90.4% year-on-year from ₹639 crore. Net profit nearly tripled to ₹19.77 crore from ₹6.77 crore, while EBITDA increased to ₹49.9 crore from ₹18.3 crore. The numbers show strong operating growth, but the quality of that growth deserves attention. Revenue expanded sharply and EBITDA also increased significantly. The EBITDA margin improved to 4.1% from 2.9%, which indicates some operating leverage despite the relatively low-margin nature of the business. My view: revenue growth of more than 90% is the headline number, but I would focus more closely on whether the company can maintain this growth while gradually improving margins. A logistics and air-freight business can generate large revenue numbers without necessarily producing equally strong profitability. Margin expansion and cash-flow conversion therefore become important confirmation points. The company has also designated Yashpal Sharma as CEO, adding a management development alongside the quarterly numbers. The stock listed only recently, so the market is still discovering a sustainable valuation range. For the technical setup, I would avoid judging the stock purely on the percentage gain following results. Instead, watch the post-results high and the previous support zone. Holding above the results-day range with sustained volumes would indicate that buyers are accepting the new earnings profile. A breakdown below the post-results support would suggest that expectations have moved ahead of fundamentals. Call: Watch whether strong revenue growth converts into sustained margin improvement and cash generation. Disclosure: I have no holding or position in Skyways Air Services Limited at the time of writing. Suggested tags: Stock In News, Fundamental Views, Post-Closing Commentary.
