closed at ₹1,741.10 on October 1, 2026, down 0.9% and right at its 52-week low of about ₹1,741. The stock is 10.7% below its July 29 price of ₹1,950.20.
Instrument: Bharti Airtel (BHARTIARTL), NSE
Timeframe: Daily
Support: ₹1,740.50, the 52-week low
Resistance: ₹1,817.20, the September 22 close
Breakout level: a close above ₹1,885
Invalidation of the bearish view: the same close above ₹1,885
Reading the chart: On September 22 the stock was below its 50, 100 and 200-day averages, at ₹1,885, ₹1,892.60 and ₹1,897.50. They sit within ₹13 of each other, so overhead supply is one zone and not three. Since that day the stock has lost another 4.2%.
Context: I found no company announcement behind the latest slide. The final dividend of ₹24 went ex on July 24, so that does not explain it either. That makes this a price-led view and not a news-led one. The 52-week high is ₹2,175, so the stock has spent months in a wide range and is now at the bottom of it.
Stance: Avoid new longs until a close above ₹1,885. A close below ₹1,740.50 would open a fresh low, and I have no support level to name below it. Timeframe: the next three to four weeks.
