SUNTV Rallies for Seventh Session, Breaks ₹530 Resistance

Sun TV Network rose over 6% on 29 Sept 2026 and gained about 22% in seven sessions. See the ₹530 support and the ₹600 and ₹660 resistance levels. Sun TV Network (

SUNTV
) gained over 6% on 29 September 2026 and closed at ₹553.25, its seventh consecutive green session. The stock has rallied around 22% cumulatively during these seven sessions, reaching a four-month high. The move is notable because it comes right after a fresh 52-week low of ₹447.20 last week. Since then, the stock has shown sharp upward momentum, while the broader market has stayed weak, with the Sensex declining over the same period. This points to stock-specific buying interest in the media space. On the chart, the stock has broken above the ₹530 resistance level. This zone may now act as support, and holding above it would keep the improved structure intact. On the upside, ₹600 and ₹660 are the key hurdles, where selling pressure may emerge. ₹660 also matches the 52-week high area. After such a sharp seven-day rise, some consolidation or profit booking is possible. Stance: the near-term trend remains positive while the stock holds above ₹530, with ₹600 and ₹660 as next hurdles. A close below ₹530 would weaken this view. This is an educational view, not a recommendation. Disclaimer: I, Akhilesh Jat (SEBI RA Reg.
