NMDC Declares Final Dividend of ₹1 Per Share

NMDC Limited has announced a final dividend of ₹1 per equity share for the financial year 2025-26. The dividend, equal to 100% of the company’s ₹1 face value, comes after shareholders approved the proposal at the firm’s 68th Annual General Meeting held on September 28, 2026. The company has fixed Monday, October 5, 2026, as both the ex-date and the record date. Investors holding NMDC shares in their demat accounts at the end of the record date will be eligible to receive the payout. Payment is expected around October 28, 2026. This final dividend follows an interim dividend of ₹2.50 per share paid earlier in the year, taking the total dividend for FY 2025-26 to ₹3.50 per share. NMDC, India’s largest iron ore producer, has maintained a consistent track record of rewarding shareholders through regular dividends.
