Highway Infrastructure has secured fresh toll operations contracts worth approximately ₹245 crore from the Uttar Pradesh Expressways Industrial Development Authority (UPEIDA) and the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI). The latest contracts add to the company's toll collection business and provide additional revenue visibility from highway operations. ₹220.66 Cr Gorakhpur Link Expressway Contract The company has signed a ₹220.66 crore contract with UPEIDA for toll collection and operation of toll plazas on the Gorakhpur Link Expressway. Contract Value: ₹220.66 crore Contract Period: 2 years First-Year Contract Value: ₹105.08 crore Annual Escalation: 10% Client: UPEIDA Segment: Toll collection and operations The contract provides visibility over the next two years, with the first-year payment followed by a 10% annual escalation. Additional NHAI Toll Contract Highway Infrastructure has also secured a ₹24.45 crore NHAI toll collection contract for the Velanchettiyur Fee Plaza in Tamil Nadu. The contract covers toll operations and maintenance of the adjoining facilities on the Karur-Dindigul section of NH-7 and is to be executed within 90 days.
