Why is BSE's share 65% down today?

In reality, BSE's share is not 65% down. This is because BSE has an ex-bonus date today. So, BSE had announced its bonus. That means, the one who has one share of BSE will get two shares of BSE for free. It had an ex-bonus date today. That means, those who bought BSE's share yesterday or before that they are eligible for that bonus because they have the delivery of BSE shares in their Demat account. But those who are buying BSE's share today are not eligible because that thing has already been adjusted in the price. And there is no such thing as free. If you are getting the shares for free, then that thing gets adjusted in the price. And this is the second time when BSE has announced its bonus. Last time, BSE had announced its bonus in the year 2022. BSE's listing was done in 2017. So, in its 8-9 years of listing career, BSE has announced its bonus twice and has announced a dividend of Rs. 170 per share. So, BSE has been such a multi-bagger share for its investors because BSE has given a good return after its listing. So, are you having BSE in your portfolio?
