ITC LIMITED - Quarterly Result Update Q4'25

$ITC ITC Q4 Results: Profit jumps multi-fold to Rs 19,727.37 crore on exceptional gains; final dividend declared. Net sales (including other operating income) of ITC has increased 10.14% to Rs 18765 crore. Sales of FMCG-Cigarettes segment has gone up 6.21% to Rs 9,228.66 crore (accounting for 42.37% of total sales). Sales of FMCG-Others segment has gone up 3.68% to Rs 5,503.33 crore (accounting for 25.27% of total sales). Sales of Agri Business segment has gone up 17.80% to Rs 3,694.64 crore (accounting for 16.96% of total sales). Sales of Paper boards,Paper & Packaging segment has gone up 5.59% to Rs 2,188.69 crore (accounting for 10.05% of total sales). Sales of Others segment has gone up 20.38% to Rs 1,164.99 crore (accounting for 5.35% of total sales). Inter-segment sales came down from Rs 1,813.58 crore to Rs 1,603.90 crore. Profit before interest, tax and other unallocable items (PBIT) has slumped 2.43% to Rs 6,401.04 crore. PBIT of FMCG-Cigarettes segment rose 4.75% to Rs 5,402.57 crore (accounting for 84.40% of total PBIT). PBIT of FMCG-Others segment fell 27.86% to Rs 346.18 crore (accounting for 5.41% of total PBIT). PBIT of Agri Business segment rose 35.49% to Rs 252.71 crore (accounting for 3.95% of total PBIT). PBIT of Paper boards,Paper & Packaging segment fell 33.02% to Rs 194.96 crore (accounting for 3.05% of total PBIT). PBIT of Others segment rose 12.86% to Rs 204.62 crore (accounting for 3.20% of total PBIT). PBIT margin of FMCG-Cigarettes segment fell from 59.36% to 58.54%. PBIT margin of FMCGOthers segment fell from 9.04% to 6.29%. PBIT margin of Agri Business segment rose from 5.95% to 6.84%. PBIT margin of Paper boards,Paper & Packaging segment fell from 14.04% to 8.91%. PBIT margin of Others segment fell from 18.73% to 17.56%. Overall PBIT margin fell from 31.09% to 29.39%. Operating profit margin has declined from 36.99% to 34.74%, leading to 3.45% rise in operating profit to Rs 6,519.39 crore.
