DLF Dividend Alert: Real Estate company DLF has announced a final dividend of Rs 8 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The dividend will be paid will be paid on or before Tuesday, 1st September 2026, if approved by the shareholders and subject to the deduction of tax at source at applicable rates, to shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as of the record date. "Recommendation of Dividend of ₹ 8/- per equity share of face value of ₹ 2/- each for FY 2025-26 i.e. (400%), subject to approval of the shareholders," the company said in an exchange filing on May 13, 2026. The company's 61st Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled to be held on Monday, August 3, 2026, through Video Conferencing (VC) and Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM).
