$360ONE : Strong Business Momentum but Overbought Technicals Hint at a Possible Correction Toward ₹1,100

$360ONE (formerly IIFL Wealth) remains one of India’s top wealth and asset management firms, managing assets exceeding ₹5.8 lakh crore across affluent and ultra-high-net-worth clients. The company’s strong brand, diversified product suite, and high-margin fee-based model support consistent profitability. Its balance sheet strength, debt-free structure, and strategic acquisitions have reinforced its leadership in the industry. However, valuations appear expensive with a P/E near 35–40x and P/B above 5x, while promoter stake dilution and pledged shares raise mild governance concerns. Despite steady earnings growth, the premium pricing leaves limited upside if growth slows or margins compress. On the technical front, the stock has shown strong momentum in recent months and remains above its key 50-day and 200-day moving averages, confirming a medium-term bullish trend. Yet, RSI levels are hovering near overbought territory, the MACD is flattening, and the price is moving close to the upper Bollinger Band—signals that often precede a pause or short-term correction. The stock has formed a near-term support zone around ₹1,120; if this level breaks, selling pressure may intensify. In such a scenario, the stock could slide toward its immediate downside target of ₹1,100, where next support is expected. A decisive close below this level may extend weakness further. Overall, while fundamentals remain sound, technical indicators show overextension and momentum fatigue, suggesting a cautious to negative short-term view for 360 ONE.
