AUROBINDO PHARMA SUBSIDIARY GETS GMP APPROVAL FROM BRAZIL

Curateq Biologics, a wholly owned subsidiary of $AUROPHARMA , has received GMP approval from Brazil's ANVISA for it's Hyderabad biosimilars manufacturing facility. This approval follows a successful inspection conducted for biological API and sterile products between May 11-15. The scope of the GMP inspection covered four biosimilar products and assessed the mammalian and microbial drug substance manufacturing facility, prefillable syringe and vial filling facility, packaging and labelling facility, QC testing and release laboratories. $AUROPHARMA is principally engaged in manufacturing and marketing of active pharmaceutical ingredients, generic pharmaceuticals and related services. The company's stock price has seen a surge of 35% in the last 6 months, and with such new approvals, the company's sales and profits are expected to grow further.
