SENCO GOLD REPORTS STRONG Q2 BUSINESS UPDATE

Jewellery retailer

has reported its highest-ever revenue of more than Rs 5,000 crore in the first half of FY27. The company's total revenue growth stood at 31 percent year-on-year (YoY) in the September quarter. Revenue growth at the retail level rose 29 percent YoY during the quarter. For the first half of FY27, the total revenue growth stood at 48 percent, while retail revenue growth increased 40 percent. On a trailing 12-month basis, Senco Gold crossed the Rs 10,000 crore sales mark for the first time. The company also opened six new showrooms during the quarter. It is expected that the third quarter of FY27 will benefit from strong seasonal demand, supported by wedding-led jewellery consumption and a favourable festive calendar.
