BSE has closed its trading window from October 1, 2026 until 48 hours after the Q2 FY27 results are announced, in line with insider‑trading norms. The exact board‑meeting date for Q2 results had not been disclosed in the latest notice. On September 29, BSE saw a large block deal on NSE: BNP Paribas Financial Markets sold ~4.45 million shares at ~₹3,199.54, while UTI MF, Nippon India MF and others bought in the same window. The stock subsequently fell about 2.5% on September 30 on profit‑booking after its earlier inclusion in the Nifty 50 and related passive flows. BSE shares closed at ₹3,046 on October 1 (down 1.49% on the day), with a market cap near ₹1.24 lakh crore and a 52‑week range of roughly ₹2,050–₹4,447.
