WAAREEENER
Waaree Power Pvt Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary, began commercial production at its Sarodhi, Valsad (Gujarat) facility on September 30. The new 1.10 GW solar-inverter manufacturing line lifts group inverter capacity to about 4.15 GW. On September 23, the board approved a draft scheme to merge Indosolar Ltd into Waaree Energies. The proposed share-swap ratio is 1 Waaree Energies share for every 11 Indosolar shares. The companies said the deal would combine cell and module operations, reduce costs and simplify the group structure; it still requires stock-exchange, NCLT, shareholder and creditor approvals. The company received a one-time domestic order to supply 2 GW of solar modules to an unnamed leading solar developer, with supply scheduled across FY27 and FY28. Its Q1 FY27 order book was previously reported at approximately ₹61,500 crore following around ₹16,000 crore of new orders.#StockInNews#WatchOutFor#FundamentalViews
