Anup Saha to be next MD & CEO of Kotak Mahindra Bank SEBI RA – Shubh Consultancy – Sunil Kotak – INH000015826 Kotak Mahindra Bank on Thursday said the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has approved the appointment of Anup Kumar Saha as its Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer for a three-year term beginning January 1, 2027. Saha, currently a Whole-time Director (Executive Director) at the bank, will succeed Ashok Vaswani, who has been leading the private sector lender since January 2024. The bank said its board will initiate the necessary steps to formalise the appointment and seek shareholder approval.
