Infosys has expanded its collaboration with Truist, one of the largest US financial services companies, to support the build-out of the bank’s AI-first Global Capability Center (GCC) in Hyderabad, reinforcing India’s role as a global hub for innovation and talent. Drawing on its financial services expertise and AI-first capabilities, Infosys will help Truist consolidate capabilities now spread across multiple supplier relationships in India into a unified, integrated operating model.
The two companies will mark the onboarding of over 1,000 colleagues later this month. Infosys will help Truist build, scale, and transition a self-sustaining center of excellence that combines AI, technology, data, and operations. The model aims to reduce third-party dependency, manage global delivery complexity, and develop future-ready talent, while enhancing client experiences and supporting a more digital, relationship-driven banking experience.
