Welspun chart analysis in details attached chart and study

WELENT
Welspun Corp’s daily chart shows a very strong and well-established bullish trend. The price action can be understood in the following way: 1. Long Base Formation For several months, the stock traded sideways in approximately the ₹750–₹900 range. This was a prolonged base-building/consolidation phase, where selling pressure was gradually absorbed and buyers started accumulating the stock. 2. Transition into an Uptrend Once the stock moved above the ₹900 area, the structure began changing. Instead of making lower lows, the stock started forming a series of higher highs and higher lows. This is one of the clearest signs of a developing bullish trend. 3. Strong Breakout from the Base Around April, the stock accelerated sharply from the ₹800–₹850 region and crossed important levels such as ₹1,000, ₹1,200 and ₹1,400. The speed of this move indicates a significant improvement in buying momentum. 4. Higher-Low Structure During the entire upward move, corrections were relatively limited and the stock repeatedly found support above previous swing lows. This higher-low formation is particularly important because it shows that buyers are willing to enter at progressively higher prices. 5. Rising Trendline Support The successive swing lows can broadly be connected to form an ascending trendline/support structure. As long as the stock continues to respect this rising structure, the primary trend remains bullish. A decisive breakdown of the important higher-low structure would be the first warning that momentum is weakening. 6. Breakout Above ₹2,000 The ₹2,000 level was an important psychological resistance. Once the stock crossed this level with strong momentum, the price entered a new phase of expansion. The previous resistance around ₹2,000 can now become an important reference/support zone if the stock undergoes a correction.

MOMENTUM MANTRA DAILY RUN-UP 📅 06 August 2026

MOMENTUM MANTRA DAILY RUN-UP 📅 06 August 2026 Opening View Indian markets are likely to open on a positive note, with GIFT Nifty trading near 24,723, up 74.80 points (+0.30%). Supportive global cues and sustained buying interest may keep sentiment positive, while the 24,700–24,800 zone will remain the immediate resistance area to watch. 📈 📈 Market Recap Indian equity benchmarks ended marginally higher in a volatile session after the RBI kept the repo rate unchanged at 5.25% and maintained its neutral policy stance, in line with expectations. However, higher crude oil prices amid renewed geopolitical tensions limited the market's gains. 📈 Nifty Key Levels ▪️ Support: 24,430 | 24,350 ▪️ Resistance: 24,650 | 24,780 💰 FII/DII Flow ▪️ FII: -₹943.42 crore ▪️ DII: +₹2,883.17 crore 📊 Options Positioning ▪️ PCR: 0.91 (Neutral to Slightly Bullish) – Put and Call OI remain relatively balanced, indicating a mildly positive near-term bias. ▪️ Resistance: 24,700–24,800 zone, with the highest Call OI concentration at 24,700, followed by 24,800 and 25,000. ▪️ Support: 24,600–24,500 zone, backed by strong Put OI buildup, with the highest Put OI at 24,600, followed by 24,500 and 24,400. ▪️ Max Pain: 24,550 – Suggests Nifty may gravitate around this level ahead of the weekly expiry. ▪️ Interpretation: PCR at 0.91 indicates a neutral to slightly bullish market structure. As long as Nifty holds above the 24,550–24,600 support zone, the broader positive bias is likely to remain intact. A sustained move above 24,700 could trigger fresh buying towards 24,800–25,000, while a break below 24,550 may lead to profit booking towards 24,500–24,400. Since it has already witnessed a sharp run-up. Support & Resistance: The immediate support for Welspun Enterprises is placed around ₹590–580 where the recent breakout zone is located and buyers are expected to defend the trend. A stronger support lies near ₹550–540 which can act as a key positional level if the stock witnesses a deeper correction. On the upside the stock faces immediate resistance around ₹625–630.
