Update on some recent IPOs this week - august 2026

Several upcoming IPOs, including the Symbiotec Pharmalab IPO, Hy-Tech Engineers IPO, Skyways Air IPO, Annu Projects IPO, and Lumino Industries IPO, are set to hit the primary market in the coming days and are already drawing attention in the grey market ahead of their subscription opening. The Skyways Air Services IPO will open for subscription on 24 August and close on 27 August. The price band has been fixed at ₹131– ₹138 per share. The IPO comprises a fresh issue of up to 2.89 crore equity shares and an offer-for-sale (OFS) of up to 1.33 crore shares by promoters and existing shareholders. The air freight forwarding and logistics company has also raised ₹174.5 crore from anchor investors ahead of its initial public offering.
